Papertrey June Blog Hop Challenge!!!

Hey guys! As some of you know from my whining I have been swamped with the DT's, my weekly challenges here, babies, grads and weddings, I havent had much time to spend on my "regular" challenges but I have made it my mission to make SOMETHING for the PTI hop this month so here it is! CAS! End of story ;) This is a new color combo for me, I am not usually a green fan but I have been wanting to try new colors, especially green, so this card is what came of that! My color combo is Leaf green, True black and White. I also threw in a little patterned paper and it is the Green Boutique dots.

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop!!! Buttons

Hey everyone! It is hectic today so I am sorry for the poor photos. Here is my card for the PTI Hop! If you would like to join in the fun you can get the details HERE. This card was hard to photograph because of the pearly buttons but you get the idea :) I drew up the bunny shape and then tried to fit as many buttons in as I could. The flower is also hand made since I just  (today) got my Cuttlebug! Needless to say, there will be less hand cutting in my projects! YAY!!! :) Cardstock is all PTI and buttons are Autumn Leaves! Sorry this card has NO stamping can you believe it? I had a hard time trying to figure out how to incorporate it so I just didnt :) I embossed the aqua mist with a small dot folder and the leaves of the flower too, sorry you cant see it well in the photos!

Embellish Fabric Color Challenge!!!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my next challenge card ! It is an Embellish magazine challenge and you can check it out HERE! I have got to tell you that this challenge threw me for a loop :) I had a hard enough time with the colors but to add in fabric was challenging ha ha! I used some satin fabric and to get the petal look I burned the edges while holding it gathered in the center. So with that said here it is!
