Hey guys figured I would share a little of my husbands birthday with you. We love sushi so I made this for him from rice crispies, swedish fish and fruit roll-ups. Below is the cake I made him, not my best work, he kinda hates fondant so I decided to use buttercream frosting, but still fun :) Couldnt find real fighters in the right scale so I ended up with these knock offs! Oh well, still gives it the effect!
I just love this cake idea! My DS has his birthday in April and this would be perfect. He and his buddy rent that payper view stuff all the time! Thanks for the great inspiration. Love the sushi too!

Oh, I love the birthday sushi!!! I'm planning to do that with the kiddos as a special treat at summer camp this year!!
